What you will need:
A knife
A blender
A colander
Ingredients
Strawberry s 200g
A medium banana
Yoghurt (low fat) 150g
Ice
I chopped my strawberry s stalks off and put them in the blender with my banana I chopped them up aswell and added my yoghurt then added a few cubes of ice
I then blended my strawberry s, bananas, yoghurt and ice.
Then here's your finished smoothie
